  There can be no finer thing than to sit outside in the beer garden on a sunny day in late April, looking at the cherry blossom trees in front of the Medieval St Boniface church, with a pint of Weetwood Best. Or two.

  Lovely looking almost idyllic country pub. Great real ale selection (I had a lovely Titanic Plum Porter) and plenty of seating inside and out. The food was very good. My starter was a bit small for the price however the main was a good size and very tasty. The staff were attentive and looked after us well. Will definitely return when I am not driving and take advantage of the fine ales.

  A brilliant pub in a beautiful village. The food was lovely and they dealt with our food allergies superbly without fuss or panic. The staff didn't make us feel awkward at all. Fantastic service. Thank you
